Our Story

Pet Cooling Products
Are Failing Your Dog.

We started Icynap because we watched our own dogs suffer through summer after summer, and every product on the market let them down. Gel mats that stopped working after thirty minutes. Elevated beds that did nothing in real heat. Cooling vests that stressed them out more than the weather did.

The worst part? Most gel mats are filled with chemicals that can leak if your dog chews through them. We kept asking the same question: why does every cooling product for dogs come with a countdown timer or a safety warning?

So we set out to build something different. Something that actually works the way a dog needs it to: cooling that starts the moment they lie down, lasts as long as they stay there, and never puts them at risk.

Icynap uses ice-silk cooling fabric. No gel. No water. No electricity. No chemicals. The fabric draws heat away from your dog's body on contact and disperses it through the mat's surface. It doesn't expire after thirty minutes. It doesn't need to be refrigerated. It doesn't need to be recharged. It just works.

When your dog gets up, the mat resets itself. When they come back, it cools again. That's continuous cooling, and it's why dogs choose Icynap over every other spot in the house when the temperature climbs.

We designed Icynap for real life with dogs. It's machine washable, because dogs are messy. It's chew-resistant, because dogs are curious. And there's nothing inside that can leak, burst, or poison them, because dogs shouldn't have to pay the price for a product shortcut.

Every Icynap mat ships with free tracked delivery across Australia and comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If your dog doesn't love it, send it back for a full refund. No questions asked.

We're a small team that believes pet products should be built around what's actually good for animals, not what's cheapest to manufacture. Every decision we make starts with one question: would we trust this with our own dogs?

If the answer isn't yes, it doesn't ship.
